Chakra Workshop

This workshop will focus on The Chakra or Energetic System within the body. This foundational workshop will provide you with the opportunity to understand each “chakra” or energetic centre, from its resonating colour, to the information housed by each one and lessons they deliver.

You will gain a deeper understanding of the subtle body and how the chakras are organised and discover meditation and mantra techniques to help open and clear any blockages or restrictions and specific postures to facilitate in clearing and activating each chakra enabling you to reach a deeper and more energised state of consciousness.

It will explain the synchronicity between each chakra and the physical body and how it corresponds to the endocrine system and how by balancing our energy we can alleviate pain, disease, balance our hormones and balance our life on and off the mat.

We welcome all yoga practitioners who are looking to deepen and further develop their knowledge beyond the asana.
